Oblivion Studios were proud to be back at Pinewood Studios covering the UK’s biggest game jam event, the TigaGAMEHACK. We followed the teams throughout the 24 hour event, seeing their ideas evolve into working games, for platforms such as Facebook, GameStick, iPad, iPhone and Blackberry.
We delivered the content in a series of small features, that were shot and edited on site. We uploaded the content during the event, keeping the YouTube, Facebook and social media platforms for the Tiga GAMEHACK supplied with fresh content throughout the 24 hours, as well as delivering a documentary after the event.
We also provided content for Bloomberg, who produced a feature on the Tiga GAMEHACK, which gave us a great reason to interview Tiga board member, Nick Brown and the representatives from GameStick and ARM (GameHack 2013 sponsors) Oliver Heathcote and Gemma Paris.
The event showcased a mixture of technical ability and creative talent, with some teams even developing for the new Oculus Riftvirtual reality gaming platform. It’s one of the most exciting events that we cover and the creative environment always inspires us to raise the bar on the quality of the content we deliver.
